Not the case, oakbourne is just severely overrated by yourself.
Any course that doesn't have a full driving range is useless.

Also the course is not that great. It's a good course, but not great or worth the money.
Greens are good, but don't make a course.

Only reason to pay for it would be privacy IMO.

Late to the game but whoever said you only need two members as a sponsor for BRCC has no clue what he is talking about

please read the comment, the word "only" was never used. The "only" thing you really need is cash.
