They did make you whole. Their contract with you is to put you back in the position you were prior to the wreck. You didn’t have a new vehicle at the time of the accident. Their offer seems pretty strong to me. ...

Depends on what you’re looking for. If you’re looking for a course similar to Santa Maria in conditions….rock creek would be perfect. If you prefer something conditioned more comparable to CCL or BRCC, Lakewood would be your choice. But, it’s going to be a good bit more expensive to play. ...

Update .. I put down triple 13 on July 18th. The Bermuda has thickened up nicely. I’ve been able to keep it all watered too. When should I consider hitting with more fertilizer? And what would be recommended this time?...

Man don’t I know. Ronk, I probably have about 1000 to 1500 sq ft like this. Would you clean it out and just come back with Zoysia sod? I know it’s super aggressive. I’d hope it would end up taking over the whole back yard. The back yard that was sodded with centipede is about 15k to 20k s...

Is it too late to hyrdoseed now? I have about an acre I was going to seed. But I was going to wait until next year because I figured the ground temps were too warm. If you paid $2500 for an acre, I’d jump all over that. ...

Bad areas in Centipede

Centipede sodded about 2 years ago. Over the last few months I’ve developed areas as seen. I’m attributing to lack of water. The grass in the areas are not loose or easy to pull. It’s all firmly rooted. Agree this is just not enough water? I...

The Bermuda is starting to come in. Went ahead and put fertilizer out as recommended. Now I’m questioning this “weed” coming in. A bunch single shoots of whatever it is. Hoping it’s not torpedo....

Excellent info! Yeah, I’m not too worried about the weeds for now. I have about 60k sq ft total to seed. Figured breaking it down into 3 sections would make it more manageable to keep watered. When I do my next 20k sq ft….that section is already covered with quite a bit of weeds. A littl...

Fertilizing newly seeded Bermuda

Posted by snatchola on 7/14/23 at 8:14 pm
Put down Bermuda seed (La Prima) roughly 3-4 weeks ago. About a 20,000 sq ft area. Coming in nicely. At this point I haven’t put down any fertilizer to help it along. When should I put fertilizer down on it? And what kind? The area does have some weeds coming up also. Figured I’ll wait and ...
The dues at CCL are already around 1k a month. What would you propose they go to? Edit .. my mistake, I misinterpreted your comment. You meant CCL should take 100 more members from UC and UC should increase dues. Couldn’t agree more. ...
The 5k promotion was 4-6 weeks ago. Give or take. ...
Good luck finding practice facility free to all like the chipping and putting area.
There is nothing free at BREC. If you live in EBR, you’re paying to subsidize BREC. Take a look at your property tax and see how many mills BREC is collecting. They are getting $560 a year from...
