You made a good call. The test in LA and TX to install irrigation and use chemicals in lawn care etc is no joke. The owner could lose his license for allowing them to work with no foreman etc on site. I would have reported him if he charged a cancellation fee.

I haven't found any difference in white, Mexican, black laborers, whatever.
It just depends on the crew and if they know WTH they're doing.
Go with a different company and tell the owner your expectations upfront.

Csb...I once hired high end roofing service to put a new roof on my place. A Spanish speaking crew showed up and had that shite done in a couple of hours and looked awesome. Bought them a case of beer and shared a few laughs while they were cleaning up.

A poorly installed sprinkler system can be destructive to your property and be a waste of money if it doesn't efficiently water the grass

Well for starters they were asking me questions about the job. I was really there to make sure we were clear about 2 heads in an organic garden and make sure they had all the access they needed
