shite I wish. I am so much heavier than you it gets crazy hard after 10 or so reps. Not sure what my max number is right now. But I was able to knock out 25 deep paused bodyweight dips last night at the very end of my workout so I was happy with that.
right now I am just trying to get 50-100 dead hang chins in everyday spread out throughout the day. Hopefully by the end of the summer I can do 20 dead hang and at least 10 with 45 strapped to me.
