I agree it's abused

But when I see a dog somewhere, my first thought is "awesome, a dog" not "omg society going down the drain wtf"

how do you know it is not a service dog. Great Danes can be service dogs.

Handycaped people in general are out of hand. Get a plate for knee surgery then just pay the renewal fee and keep it for life.

I was in Rouses' in Metairie a few weeks ago and there was a girl that had a cat. She had the cat in the seat of her basket. WTF?
