That's not what I'm doing. I'm posting an article from am actual crossfit games competitor. With comments from other crossfit games competitors.

Good god man. So again, why do you think I'm hating by posting an article written by someone else?

So, was that an injury due to the movement, or a issue of an athletes hydration level during an event?

Water is available to these athletes during long events.

So an opinion article by "Dr." John Rusin, who isn't an MD Doctor, is a fact?

Read the article Dan. Should be easy for you, well easier than being a fake profile on message a board.

Did you really cut off the rest of the sentence when quoting me where I specifically said you weren't doing that, just to tell me you aren't doing that?

He has a doctorate. I know you think MD is the only real doctor but most medical science is advanced by PhDs

But if I'm not doing that then why do you think I'm hating?

Seriously.

I have a doctorate but I don't run around calling myself Dr. That's besides the point. His article is entirely opinion and this is the "facts" that you point to?

Read the article Dan.

I've already read it.

In fact, if Annie could do it over again, I bet she would, but she would be damn sure she had her hydration on point before the event.

She lives in Iceland. Is it Crossfit's fault that some athletes don't train in environments as hot as other locales?

They know what's coming with the heat. They just didn't drop the dates for the Games out of nowhere. It's been the same week every year in Carson and they have events outside every year.

You've posted in every Crossfit thread ever created on the OT and hate on it every single time

Yeah I was about to go through his post history to illustrate this point, but that just seems like way too much work.

I'm by no means one of the regulars on here, but when I see a crossfit thread and say to myself "how long until CptBengal comes in here to say how terrible crossfit is", then yes, I'm going to go ahead and say that you hate it.

Also, quotes like this don't help:

quote:

The head guy of crossfit is the same one who makes up the Games. The same fat frick who developed some of the crossfit programming.

doubtful.
Because If you read the article I linked, he even links the facts he presents to the article they came from:

LINK

So it isnt opinion. It is peer mediated journal publication research.

Fail. Fail hard.

posting facts isnt "hating" on anything. Facts dont have hate, they are just facts.

The fact that crossfit has an absurdly high rate of injury isn't "hate", it's a fact.

And calling someone who works on crossfit programming a fat frick is just a fact, not you upset about anything, right?

considering he has run off anyone with any sense (i.e, Jim Wendler) from being associated....yeah, I'd say he's a POS.

I googled Running Injuries and received 140,000,000 hits.

I did the same with Crossfit Injuries and received 1,139,000 hits.

Ah yes, calling someone a "fat frick" and a "piece of shite". The international symbols of impartiality.
