They tried to wear them. Crissfit officials yanked them from their hands and then slapped their children with the gloves, Little known fact

I've only had some minor issues. Working on hook grips and getting the inside of my thumbs used to it and some rope climbs where I had a small rip.
No other problems.

What makes a coach a coach in all this? Because they can do it? My high school offensive coordinator didn't play football because he came from a class C school. Can you coach in this as long as you just yell out motivational words and tell people where to go next? Explain.

I do it do I'm not hating but I dislike the lingo. Box, coach, WOD, etc. It just screams...look at me I'm a crossfitter.
