Because a woman can walk into a room, go up to a guy, and say "let's frick". A guy has to actually put forth effort. Also, guys are physical, women are more emotional. It's known guys are horndogs and want to slay 10s all day, everyday, will usually settle for a 4, for the sole purpose of sex and getting their dick wet. Women on the other hand usually use their vag as a means to get something they want, be it security/money/gifts. So when a girl breaks out of that norm and just sleeps around, people don't know how to take that, and in my experience signals a woman that is not relationship material (she's usually mentally unstable).

You mean the pill? If you get pregnant on the pill....you were not taking it correctly. Either you were on antibiotics(which lessens the effectiveness of the pill) or you didn't take the pill at the same time EVERY DAY or you forgot to take it one day or two.

You can't blame the pill for getting you pregnant, you just chose not to be smart about how exactly the pill works and what can cause it not to be as effective.

Damn you have been coming off as super judgmental lately.

As a medical professional you know for a fact it is still possible to get pregnant while taking the pill correctly.

It may be statistically 1% but that still means 1 in ever 100 women.

Idk, I always thought it was way dumber for a woman to get knocked up than it is for a man to knock a woman up.

Take a pill or get an IUD because
a) condoms suck and both men and women agree
b) relying on pulling out is dumb
c) abstinence is for virgins
d) at least a mans body doesnt go through ridiculous changes and pains when impregnation occurs.

Blows my mind really.

I also think it is harder for women, because the majority of the time they are left to carry the proof. A guy can hide having kids out of wedlock a lot easier than a woman.

you just perfectly summarized parental investment and why it's different for both sexes, and why we evolved in this manner

This is not necessarily an untrue post, but it will not be accepted in today's society. It does fall somewhere between 0 and 1 though for how correct it is, but you cant over generalize it

The pill is 99.9% effective when taken correctly.

So that isn't even 1 person out of 100; that's less than 1.

Yes, nothing is 100% and you are right...but most women that got pregnant on the pill...if you really investigated into it...they got sick and were on antibiotics, or they realized they forgot to take it one day or they were not taking it at the same time every day.

Just mainly pointing out to men that if a woman tries to say she was on the pill but still got pregnant...big chance it was due to user error.

Basically....if you don't want to get pregnant or knock up a chick...use more than one form of birth control. That way if one way fails...the other one is the safety net to keep you from getting knocked up.

yeah, I'm not even responding to that. I'm speaking in hypotheticals and she's talking to me like I'm a pregnant woman.

It's more like 0.1% if the pill is taken correctly.

Yeah if you are a guy...never ejaculate in a woman unless you don't mind being a daddy later.

If you are a woman...never let a guy ejaculate in you unless you want a baby.

Granted...may not be as pleasurable for the guy. But finding out you are going to be a dad with a chick you barely know also isn't as pleasurable

Men produce sperm at a rate of 60,000 per minute.
Women ovulate 300 to 400 times in their entire life.
There is the answer to your question.
