So last night I get home from the gym and there are two friendly black dogs wandering around in the street in front of my house. I don't recognize them and there are no people around so I call t hem over to check for tags. Neither of them has a tag but one has a collar and they are obviously family pets. I entice them inside and out to the backyard w/ treats and posted an ad of craigslist and on Facebook. My dog goes nuts w/ her new play friends and eventually I bring her inside and leave them outside all night.
I wake up this morning and let my dog out and check on the other dogs and check to see if anyone has messaged me about the dogs. No dice. I'm getting ready to leave and I see a note on my floor that came through the mail slot. One of my neighbors wrote me a nice little note complaining about the dogs barking all night and that he/she is a cancer patient and asks if I not let it happen again.
Who does that? Why not knock on my door? Why not say which neighbor you are? And why drop the "cancer patient" bomb?
Seriously, no good deed goes unpunished.
