How can people insist on the state bringing in more revenue for anything when they continually wasting what they currently are receiving via taxes?! It seems that the people are also backwards.

The state should focus more on spending within its means as opposed to further burdening tax papers.

I don't mean to be insensitive, but can't deaf people text message? Why do we need to tax cell phone plans when there is a simple solution already out there? Seems it would be cheaper to give all qualified deaf persons a credit to add texting to their monthly cell plan. What is that? Like $5 / month?

Agree. I hate taxes but roads are the only thing for which we actually need government.
