Should smoking on a public beach be banned?

I was at Panama City Beach over memorial weekend. I could not help to notice the disgusting smell of cigarette smoke from other people lounging on the beach. It really does stink and nobody wants to smell it or want their kids around it. If you have to smoke move to a different area on the beach where other people are not lounging. Ok, rant over.

People are giant cock wallets when it comes to cigarette smoke. It does not smell that freaking bad. It should didn't seem to bother people so damn bad 30+ years ago when every other person smoked.
