Considering your original comparison was:

heart diseases is a much bigger killer than tobacco ever will be

No you didn't.

I was at Panama City Beach over memorial weekend. I could not help to notice the disgusting smell of cigarette smoke from other people lounging on the beach. It really does stink and nobody wants to smell it or want their kids around it. If you have to smoke move to a different area on the beach where other people are not lounging. Ok, rant over. Should smoking on a public beach be banned?

I bet we can get some Baltimore cops to come down and enforce this.

You trying to tell me that the aroma of bacon would not tempt you to have a piece? You are a strong man.

Why stop there? If the drunk girl at the bar falls down and her skirt comes up with no panties on underneath, might as well frick her right there huh?

The study, in the European Respiratory Journal, looked at 1.6 million hospital admissions of under-14s from 2001-12.
The law against smoking in indoor public places saw 11,000 fewer children being admitted to hospital with lung infections every year, it found.

The dangers of secondhand smoke are total bullshite. Think about it, how many people do you know that have died or gotten cancer because of second hand smoke? I'm willing to bet the entire board hasn't met a single person who died because of secondhand smoke .

I think I will rely on an extensive study by the Center of Disease and Control for correct information on the subject rather than the rationale of: "nobody at the plant I work at has died of secondhand smoke so it must be false."

Terrible comparison is terrible.

They say that, but they've never brought out a person that has this. Easy to say shite when you don't have anything to really back it up. Seriously, bring some of these people forward

I previously posted a link to the cdc website. I'll post it here again. I'm sure you'll ignore any type of evidence or factual info like you did yesterday in the Entourage/Eli Manning thread. LINKYou then post a link which I thought may have some research or statistical data relevant to the conversation. My expectations were far too high. Instead it was a bull shite Penn and Teller youtube video. Please carry on

I'd be in favor of this, it would put a lot of stupid people out of their misery.

Some beaches it is. But you are in panama, there are so many more nicer places to go. Why would you subject you kids to trashy half naked people, sometimes naked? Good parenting there.

Cancer.org

CDC
Both organizations (as well as a few others) have been bought and paid for. They'll put out whatever study you want if you pay them enough.

yes, smoking should be banned in public beaches. If they are trashy enough to smoke, they will continue to be trashy and throw their nasty cigarette buds in the sand.
