well then it's a good thing you had the find my iphone and find my mac apps installed on both right? RIGHT?!

eta: why didn't you just put them in your hotel? these items were obviously not hidden from plain site. you can only blame the gas station to a certain extent but you need to own up to being dumb too.

I would have let you park in my extra parking spot at my condo for free. Tenant/roommate was at work from 3:00 until wayyyyyyyyy after the game AND it's on the south side of campus AND it's a gated community AND it has security cameras in the parking lot.

When I lived on state street, I witnessed homeless people charge $20 to people so they could park in a tow away parking lot

I had an agreement with them that they wouldn't block my car in and we got along fine.

Well why the frick did you think that was a safe place to park? Much less walk back to after a night game!?

Why didn't you leave your luggage at the Hotel room? You never leave valuables in an unattended car. Especially in a bad neighborhood. Pocket change on the seat is enough for some crackhead to break out a window.

Wait.....you didn't call the cops?

Why don't you take responsibility for your mistake. You don't leave valuables in a car no matter where you are. Chevron has no liability in this issue.

It's a shame we live in a world where you make a mistake its someone else's problem.

I know that chevron. The donut place usually watches for their spaces. I don't know about the rest of the chevron. It's Indian owned. Who took your money? Just curious.

Dude, those stations are privately owned locally. They are branded "Chevron" or whatever in a deal to buy and sell Chevron products.

They lied, they know the owner well and coordinate this theft. Seriously, your wife should leave you if you drove 10 hrs only to park in the absolute HOD. Do you care about your family at all?

That was horribly dumb. Should have taken 20 or so minutes to check in to your hotel and drop off your luggage.

Even if you arrived at hotel before check in they have holding rooms for your luggage.
