if you are looking for a good book to help, try the anabolic cookbook. should be available on scribd. use it for the recipes and apply it to iifym or leangains style IF.

seriously though, most of ya'll would be 1000 times better off just using iifym and just googling recipes.

Like I said earlier, it's not anything revolutionary...and it seems like it's expensive if you follow it exactly...and it doesn't appear to solve the OP's problem of not having time to cook.
