Just wondering. Is calling somebody a "count" a more polite way of calling them something similar but without the "o" in it? Is it like spelling human excrement as "shite" instead of the shorter version? Or are users of this vulgarity simpletons who can't spell a lick and/or have no idea what they are really referring to (in the original)?

The problem sounds like it is not her, but your trashy butt.
Seems like you need to control your animals and keep them in your yard or on a leash if you walk them.

Remember you mess with an elderly person and get charge and convicted it is worse. Crimes against the elderly could get you some time behind bars.

Up to the judge. He or she could be outraged that you messed with an elderly lady. Misdemeanors can land you a year and a day in jail so a pissed off judge can do more damage than you care to find out. Go have a talk with the woman and make a compromise or something. It's the right thing to do.

Most states have harsher penalties when you commit a crime against a person over 65yrs old. Especially coming on a website posting that you are thinking of committing a crime against this person.
Good luck going to jail for a minor incident, having to pay a parole officer for a few years, having a criminal record for the rest of your life, and it will pop up on background checks for employment for the rest of your life

I have a neighbor that's called the cops about me parking cars I had for sale across the street from her house (where there is no house) and calling code enforcement about me selling cars from my house.
She's a miserable biddy too. I seen her at the grocery store one day about a month later and slashed her tires and keyed her car.

I seen little bitches like you get 30 days or less in the county jail for stupid crap like this. I would have to watch people like yourself cry, because a person like yourself is sitting in a cell next to a guy that we would consider a career criminal. Then that guy would beat that person like yourself tail for being a pussy and crying in jail.
