I doubt he cares. The dude has lived the dream and still seems cool as frick despite his success.

He seems cool as shite to hang out with. Would be fun to kick it in Austin with him

Step 1 to hanging out with Matthew McConaughey:
Take your shirt off

While I respect McConaughey's courage to speak his mind among a throng of liberals who for the most part consider his convictions a myth, I will very surprised if he every wins another Oscar regardless of his future performances.

It's great when actors are humble and all, but I feel like the great one's wouldn't really excel at their craft if they were not self absorbed.

I wanted Bruce Dern to win, but McConaughey earned it.

Didn't care for his speech, but I don't care for 99% of the Oscar winners' speeches.

It pisses me off that a very small crowd of people clapped for him when he thanked God.

This is the same crowd that lionizes Woody Allen.

I loved it. I think that a lot of actors/actresses are afraid to mention GOD for fear of being labeled. Good for him for standing up for what he believes in. He knows there is a higher power than himself. I wish more of these types would mention GOD also.

He looks classy as frick in that suit too. McConaughey became possibly my second favorite actor last night. He's close with Leo for that. Nobody beats Tom Hanks though.

It was in the middle of his speech. What do you want people to do, give him a stand ovation because he thanked God?

If someone came out mid-speech they probably would.
