Like most, your car is worth more than your 900 sq ft home.

What kind of hooptie shite is that?

Wow that looks ugly as hell and would drive me crazy.

Well. Bring it to the dealer where you bought it from. Hate people that don't buy from their local dealerships and don't support their local economy.

What part of the "Mississippi is Number Fifty" message did you fail to understand?
If you needed heart surgery, would you go to the lowest rated medical facility in your area?
You expecting good work from (alleged) craftsmen in a state known for low test scores, high teen pregnancy and high rates of obesity is not wise on YOUR part.
Stupidity (and ignorance and indolence) never sleeps.
That's who YOU chose to have work on your car.
You have become a Mississippian.

You must never buy anything off the internet

That bumper is rough. Raise hell.

Damn that's obviously not the right color. I'd be ticked - can't help you with the rental, but they should correct that paint for sure. I had a similar issue with my old B5 blue Challenger...they matched it as close as they could, but in certain lighting the passenger rear 1/4 panel was still noticeably a different shade than the rest of the car. Wasn't bad enough to get them to fix it though...yours is way off. Like you said, it looks like Torred.

frick that. I go where I get the best deal. When I was shopping for my Tahoe there was about a $5,000 difference in out the door pricing (considering trade in value) between local and Dallas.

plastics almost never match metal when repainted specially with the paint your described. Just a basic white is hard to match when painting plastics that butt right up to metal.
Now yes it could be their mess up and they may have chose the wrong variant sometimes there are 8-12 variants of one color.
if you want it to match perfectly IMHO you will have to have it blended out into the rear body of the car.
Should you expect a loaner from a dealership, no never. I'm with you they messed the car up I'd want one too but I wouldn't expect them to give me one.

It's dumb shite like this that give dealerships a bad name. The dealership doesn't owe you nothing. If you want a rental, the insurance company is to provide that for you, not the dealership. The insurance company is the one who provides the warranty on the repairs, not the dealership.
As for you not buying from said dealership, great! Trust me, they don't want nor need your business.

frick that. Be competitive with your pricing and/or offer something more for the difference in price

So you would accept this work?
No, and your insurance company should not either. Have them take it up with the repair shop. No way that is acceptable, but you don't have the leverage they do. And your insurance should be providing your loaner. Why would you expect a repair shop to provide this?

Plastidip the whole car

All types of factors are involved & no one can get the match perfectly
Again, not asking it to be perfect. Asking for it not to be 3 shades lighter than the rest of the car
Also, not asking for a rental. Asking for a dealer promo vehicle the insurance company provided the rental during the initial repairs.
You're saying the body shop shouldn't stand by their work and that the warranty is on the insurance company? If so, that sucks even worse cause it went thru the parties at fault insurance company, Omni insurance, and was the worst experience I've ever had when dealing with an insurance company. We're talking about an insurance company who booked my rental at a Hertz location that closed down over a year ago

Wow, that isn't even close. Keep on their arse, they'll do it right.

I'm an insurance adjuster, and it's never going to match perfectly. You usually can't tell, but that's not the case this time. It looks real bad.
