3 is the obvious choice with what you have shown. Personal preference is my Glock 21, .45 caliber with the TLR light. Especially in close quarters.
Now, I would think that the pumping action on that shotgun would be a wonderful deterrent though. May not have to shoot at all.

One with the shortest barrel. Number one gets you in trouble. Number two is less bulky, can maneuver better with it.
