56 in August, never even been sent a letter about it, in 27 years of marriage my wife has received the letter twice, both times just after we moved out of state.

I'm 35, never been summoned. I'm not a felon and would love to perform my civic duty, but I guess the court just doesn't like me.

The only time I was called, they put me in the pool for a DUI case. I was struck during pretrial jury selection. Went back to the big pool after that, and was supposed to be in another pool with 50 people, and they told us around 10 AM to be back in the pool room by 1:00. Got back there, they called us all up, and sent us over to a courtroom. Then we're all sitting and waiting, and it comes back to us that afternoon that it was settled before going to court. It was a long boring 3 days.
And I've got it next monday. Only the 2nd time in the 10 years I've been up here.

Got summoned when I was 18 and still in h.s. I ignored it. Jefferson Parish sent a sheriffs deputy to my house at 6:30 am to serve me some kind of papers. Moms nearly was having a heart attack thinking something was really wrong. I still didn't go.

I have always been a full time student, so I have not had to serve.
Additionally, I'm in law school so I don't think they would want me on a jury.

Got called for 19th judicial district court jury duty a couple of years ago. Got picked for a jury pool on day 2, but sent home because the tpos took a plea deal.
Less than a year later, got summoned for federal, but I only had to call in once a day. Never had to show up anywhere.
EDIT: I'm 28

Been summoned but got out of it. Only Betas can't find a way out of jury duty.

I used to get called on the reg until I told them I was a proponent of a Fully Informed Jury(FIJA). That was 15-20 years ago, since then not a peep.

Never been....32. I got picked last year but on the morning I was supposed to report, I got sick and went to the doc. They faxed a note to the courthouse and bam, I was excused.

I'm never been called
What's the rules on criminal records and jury duty?
That may have something to do with it

I've had it five times. Met some real fine sluts on jury duty.

I'm 33. I've gotten one summons, but it was cancelled on Sunday night before I ever went.
