These threads remind how bad I've been bent over and screwed by my current employer

I'm an NP and I get a total of 5 days (vacation and sick), and I have to give a 60 day notice. Been there 23 months.

Total bullshite

5 days is pretty standard for a short timer. My company does this:

1 week at sign on
2 weeks at 2 years
3 weeks at 5 years
4 weeks at 10 years
5 weeks at 20 years
6 weeks at 30 years

19 days vacation
2 floating holidays
9 set holidays
Unlimited sick leave
9-80 work schedule

No vacation taken in less than 4 hour blocks, no sick leave in less than whole day increments.

Roll over 80 days vacation max and lose it otherwise.

Been here 2 years but vacation accrual rate is based on total industry experience, not time with company.

25 days, been with the company almost 14 years.
We get 10 days until year 5, 19 days until year 12, 25 days after 12, and that's maxed out.
Also get about a dozen holidays. I love all the time off.

I am honestly not sure. I usually don't take all of them. Probably 15 days.

3.5 weeks, 140 hours, can accrue up to 240, then start to lose it. Been at current job 3 years. I never carry any over though since I use it all each year. As long as I get 40 and work is getting done on time, can take off other days if needed. Pretty lax here. Will have 3 day weekends all summer.
