Been here 20+.

I have 5 weeks vacation (one week carried over from last year.)

And I'm currently one day one of two weeks vacation so right now And I've already taken 5 days here and there this year so I've got two weeks to get me through until December 1.

15 days vacation, bunch of holidays, unlimited sick days.

Set my own hours. If something comes up I can work from home, etc. etc.

I really wish I could work from home like 1 day a week, that'd be nice.

I do computer networking for the hospital.. have 2 friends who are teachers. With their masters making 55k or so. Thats pretty good with all the time off. Different things are important to different people. If chasing $ is what is important, its not the life for you.. if time off and retirement early is important, its perfect. My time off is worth more to me than money so i love my setup

20 days "anytime" PTO, plus 10 days for Christmas/New Year when the entire company is off, plus around 5 days of holidays (memorial day, labor day, thanksgiving, etc). So 35 days annually all in.

This year I have 60 days. Rolled over 5 days from last year and get 20 days parental leave. I won't take all of that, though.

I've been with my company over 6.5 years.

edited to convert to days for OP.

3 weeks (120 hrs) plus Christmas to New Years week off. I get 160 hrs off when I hit my 10 year mark with my current employer (that is 7 years away lol). I can bank holiday with no cap so I am trying to work that system right now.

I'll hit 4 years in August-

Started with 10 vacation and a day gets added each year, so I'm at 13. Once I hit 5 years (15 days) we get an extra 5 days at the 10 year mark. Vacation does not carry over.

We also get 6 PTO days per year, you can carry these over until you hit 60 days I beleive.

We also get 9 holidays.
