I get 200 hours a year. 12 hour shift makes it usually 17 days. Makes it where I can take 2 days and get a week off. I get no sick days. 10 holidays. I've been here 38 years.

Work 179 days a year and get 10 days a year sick or vacation all the same. Days roll over and will I will be paid for unused days when I leave/ retire UP TO 75 DAYS.
The flaw in this is that people accumulate so many days they take off the difference from 75 before they retire. Example 180 days of sick/vacation they would take off 105 days in a row then retire.

23 days per year. I accrue 23/26ths of a day every 2 weeks. Plus we get Memorial Day, 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + 1, Christmas + 1, and NY Day + 1. I've been here almost a year.

A great perk.

Before I retired I got 6 weeks with pay/yr and 10 holidays. Now that I'm retired, I get 52 weeks with pay/yr.

As many as I want, as often as I want BUT I'm in sales, so even though I'm "off" I still have the phone on me. I've been with this company for 7 years. In that time I've turned the phone off for 9 days.

What I meant. It's still awesome. Although I've taken 1 sick day over the past year. If I'm sick, normally work for home.

These threads remind how bad I've been bent over and screwed by my current employer

I'm an NP and I get a total of 5 days (vacation and sick), and I have to give a 60 day notice. Been there 23 months.

Total bullshite

I associate with another lawyer. We have a great relationship and I basically just let her know when I'm leaving and will be back. Of course my pay is dependent on how much I work so I don't leave often, but if something comes up I don't have to worry about days.
