16 days of paid vacation (three weeks and one day for my birthday). Also get every major holiday off, along with the week between Christmas Eve and New Years day.

I have no idea about the number of sick days I have. If I'm sick I just stay in my home office.

If you own a company we know you get to take it whenever you want

That is definitely not always the case.

My dad owns a small business, takes one week during the summer and a few days between Christmas and New Year's. If we don't go on a trip, he doesn't take vacation.

Unlimited PTO, but I don't take many. I actually took more when I had 18 at my last job.

25 years on this job. I have just over 6,200 hours of sick and annual leave built up. 2080 hours equals one year so, about to pass 3 years time off total. Gonna convert it all to added years on retirement total years,,,,,soon. LOL!

4 weeks vacation - been an employee for 5 months. Nobody checks on it or the sick days (have no idea what that policy is and never use it anyway) since I supervise myself.

In 2.5 years it will be 26 weeks/year. And yes, I'll gladly take the pay cut to do it.

I've got three months. I can choose any three between Oct and April. Probably take October, December and March off this winter.

Been at my job one month shy of 10 years.

We get 12 paid holidays a year.

You use PTO time for vacation/sick, you get a certain amount each pay period. How much you get each pay period depends on how long you have been there. I get like 7 hours every pay period.

You get extended leave time that is banked for FMLA approved events. I have over 400 hours in mine. Hoping one day I can use it for maternity leave. Others have used it for surgeries, caring for family, injuries, etc.

240 but no holidays... so it's more like 4-5 weeks than the 6 once you pull the basics out
