This situation is why you saved her friend's numbers when she had to use your phone because her phone was dead.

Realize that she's not special no matter how damn sure you think she really is.
Ignore her and cut off all contact, whatever it takes, no matter how hard you don't want to.
Hang out with friends more, take up a hobby, and change your routine so that you aren't constantly thinking about how you used to do X or Y activity with her.

Time.

That's it. Start exercising and working out also. This will get your attention elsewhere. You'll be tired at night and go to sleep faster instead of thinking.

I'm going through the same thing, but on the other side of it. And it's just as bad. If she try's to come back to you, don't. Break clean. Delete everything and move on.

Don't feel bad about getting strange or 'moving on'. I garuntee you if she initiated the breakup she's getting railed as we type.

People will say to get your mind off of it, but this just prolongs things. Embrace it, sadness doesn't go away because you ignore it. Experience it to the fullest, let your heart be broken and your eyes well up. Then when it's done and life is livable again you'll have this benchmark to realize how great and horrible life can be.

Or just develop a painkiller addiction, your call.

You actually need to mourn the loss if she meant something to you. Stay active (physically) and stay involved with friends socially, but don't be afraid to let it burn a little bit. It will suck right now but it will out you in a healthier place for your next relationship.

True story, man. Depends on how much the relationship meant to him. You shouldn't just bury emotions because they don't feel good. Embrace the suck, process it and move on. No use in suppressing things just to have them pop up later in other parts of your life.

You j just have to come to terms with the fact that if she dumped you then she is very happy right now and you are the furtherest thing from her mind. Get all delusions of being with her again out of your head. You are miserable right now and she is thrilled to death with someone else in her life. The sex is new for her and exciting and she is elated with her life right now. You have to first accept the fact that someone else balls are smacking on her as on the regular. Since the relationship is new for them right now and they got rid of you they are fricking like banshies. Go ahead and picture it and then accept it.

Next drink a few beers and go get some pussy. They all have a pussy and I have never had any terrible pussy. Some is better than others but it is all pretty good. NEVER let pussy get the upper hand again. Have a great day!
