If it is really really bad, a good drunk is the only real short term solution. Especially with your best/longest term friends. A bad hangover can trump even bad rejection pain.

Then, when your head clears up, you'll still feel sadness but likely from a more detached perspective. If you're of a mind to you can sort out what the pain consists of - is it that she rejected you as "the one"? is it that she would have made the ideal mother to your future children? is it that she is just so smoking hot? Or some combination.

(insert your own disclaimer here regarding using alcohol for self medication)

You are a glutton for punishment - this place is the most brutal anywhere.

Nonetheless, when you realize that all women are whores (and I mean that with all due respect), then you will be alright. Not just some women - all women.

You will eventually find someone that is at a point in their life where they are ready to settle down and be in a committed relationship. Hopefully it's with someone that aligns with your core beliefs etc., so you don't lose any of yourself in the relationship. If that's the case, reassess, because you want someone that loves you for you - unconditionally.

Seriously hope you work through it. It seems bad because it's fresh, but it will slowly dissipate. Don't be in a hurry to latch on to someone, take your time and have some fun. Do you for awhile with friends, then ease back into maybe connecting with someone.

Like others have said, make it your goal to slay as much strange as possible. Keep hitting dirty legs to build your game and confidence and one day in the future you will meet someone you're attracted to and that has their shite together and that wants the same things out of a relationship that you do. Then all you have to do is not frick it up.

Drink heavily, Fap a lot and go buy some hookers for a month.

Workout, smoke weed, get on bumble, bang randoms and repeat.

Delete her from ALL contacts lists. Don't text or call. Prolongs pain.
If you have mutual friends, avoid the conversations about her or avoid the friends all together for a while.

Basically, remover her from your life and your mind will follow soon enough.

Stay classy and hang with decent friends. Hunt, fish, football, exercise, etc. Whatever you love most. Try not to drink. If you do, turn off your cell!

Even though she don't want you, she will eventually call or contact you. Women need to know if they still have you hooked. DO NOT answer.

Go to Vegas if you can.
