What's funny is that saying that there are problems in the Black community that can and should be fixed IS NOT RACIST.
It is RACIST to think that Black people can only act that way or have no choice but to act that way because they are inferior.
It is NOT RACIST to say that they should not act poorly and that they should be called up from that detrimental lifestyle.
Our society has it all backwards.
Expecting more from Black people is the opposite of racist. Expecting nothing from them because they are Black is the definition of racist.
Democratic Party = Racist
Republican Party = Not Racist

"The system" needs people to commit crimes an be arrested and the easiest targets are black/poor people.
So while yes black people are arrested more frequently, in grand scheme the environment created for them puts them in situations to commit more crimes also. If this was a 20 page college paper I could hammer out everything and show why at some point it becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

I am a white conservative male and I know that that is false.
Our prisons are full of a slew of minor drug offenders who should never have been there in the first place. It is a travesty and we need reform of the whole system.
More people in American prisons than in Soviet gulags during the Cold War.

It's hit black families particularly hard. We lock them up and have to not only care for them, but their dependents.

Look man, I don't disagree black people are treated worse by cops than white people. If you knew Johnnie Cochran's history you would know exactly why he was able to beat the LAPD like a drum. The LAPD deserved it, but OJ was still guilty.
The downside of people demanding judges and LEOs be tougher on crime is that we get Nazi cops that crap on the Constitution. That affects us all (negatively). When this happens, the least (monetarily) among us will be victimized first.
