I've never lifted to get in shape, but I have been focused and strong enough to lead every pitch, traditional protection, of a 1000' rock climb. The regular route up Fairview Dome. Climbed harder routes, but this one was a full day of good decisions.

at one point i was able to run 10 miles non-stop. I'd love to get back to that point.
