. Hill and Blue and possibly Ware could easily match Ingrams production

Not to mention that they weren't in the same draft class, nor were our needs the same when they came out

I don't think so.

Nope. Much like Vaccaro they are both decent-good starters. Unlike Vaccaro, Reid has had much better players around him.

They didn't have a second round pick that year and their 3rd round pick came after honey badger(3), bennie logan(3), and kevin minter(2) were taken

Jesus, most of the players on that list are absolute garbage. So your actually arguing against your own logic but just don't realize it... yet.

You should be happy the saints didn't draft 95% of that list. You'd be worse than you are already. I'd only take a few from that list, maybe 1 handful tops.

First two years in league
Ingram- 278 carries for 1076 yards
Blue- 352 carries for 1,226 yards

Sweet Christ on a Cracker. Some of you will cherry pick your stats to death just to shite on Ingram.

Now add up the rest of the years and what do you have?

Meh....with the exception of Brooks in '12, Landry and Turner in '14, and Alexander in '15 I'd say they made smart decisions bypassing the others. Disclaimer: Collins didn't want to be here. Stop crying.

Because Vaccaro broke his ankle. Didn't vaccaro still finish ahead of him in rookie of the year?

He averaged
35.1 ypg 2013
74.2 ypg 2014
64.1 ypg 2015

My point is that we payed way too big of a price for that.

He's been bad since then. PFF agrees, as well.

For Ingram? Probably could've waited until 2nd round, which is where he was going. Saints moved up, that's not Ingram's fault.

However, the whole problem with drafting Ingram is Bama was a run 1st team with Ingram. The Saints are not a run 1st team. He simply doesn't fit with the offense that y'all run and throwing the ball 40-50+ times a game EVERY game. He just doesn't.

It was a move I never understood. Now if DAL had picked him up or something, he'd probably be a 4 time pro bowler.
