re: Saints release John Kuhn - bonethug0108
Can't even claim a player that long in the league. He would have to agree to go elsewhere....

re: Saints release John Kuhn - bonethug0108
With how little we run because we get behind early he is really a waste of a roster spot. Shouldn't be but that's the state of things....

re: Let's discuss Vaccaro and D. Harris a little more - bonethug0108
Honestly no one knows the play call but Allen. We can guess he was supposed to be in zone, but on the Cooks vs. Harris play Harris was 100% in man. He couldn't see behind him to know Vaccaro "left his zone". He played it like man the whole way and got beat. Maybe Vaccaro was in cover 2, or may...

re: Let's discuss Vaccaro and D. Harris a little more - bonethug0108
His strength was never as a deep safety, and it's on the staff as trying to treat him as such. It's like at the end of GW's tenure when he started using Harper as a deep safety/one on one cover guy when that wasn't his strength. It eventually cost us that playoff game. Vaccaro is very good at ...

re: Harris just earned more playing time - bonethug0108
Crawley can play the outside while PJ goes in the slot when we use 3 corners. That would be better than Harris ever seeing the field....

re: Harris just earned more playing time - bonethug0108
Damn. That explains why Harris came in later in the game. Moore actually had 32 snaps vs. the Pats, while Harris had 18. So it looks like the Moore being punished vs. the Vikes for not being on the field for the first play thing was real, and likely cost us the game. We really need to just use...

re: It has to be the defensive scheme right? - bonethug0108
Look ar Vaccaro as prime example of a player being misused. When Ryan got him in 2013 he used him perfectly. Then when Payton mandated the Seahawks defense to Ryan in 2014 he was used as a deep safety until Payton relented and let Ryan run what he wanted towards the end of the year. Then Allen...

re: Rumor that Vaccaro is on the trade block - bonethug0108
And instead of just taking the penalty, he appealed and delayed so he didn't have to play a few games so he didn't risk injury before his contract year.
Not only is that a lie, it doesn't make sense. He took the suspension in the same year he got it, so he would have missed 4 ga...

re: It has to be the defensive scheme right? - bonethug0108
Three different DC. and three different schemes, with revolving doors. What remains the constant?
Not the players. And now not the assistant coaches. So if you want to throw Allen out (you shouldn't because it's largely his fault) that leaves Payton....

re: It has to be the defensive scheme right? - bonethug0108
Definitely scheme as you can see the SAME EXACT issues from when Allen arrived in 2015 to right now, despite having different players every year. And people want to blame lack of pass rush, but when you are letting guys run free in big open zones and giving up all the underneath stuff your rush i...

Gives up big play. Why is this guy on the field? Fire Allen....

re: O Line shakeup; Peat at LT and Ramczyk at RT - bonethug0108
The good news is you can build strength. The bad news is he doesn't look much further along from last year in that department. But given his matchup last week it would have been tough on most guards....

re: O Line shakeup; Peat at LT and Ramczyk at RT - bonethug0108
roadbump in Ramcyzk and Peat's development.
The plan was for Ramcyzk to eventually take over at RT. The roadbump was Armstead getting hurt again. As for Peat, he has already developed quite a bit. You're not stunting his growth by playing him at his natural position. If they mov...

re: O Line shakeup; Peat at LT and Ramczyk at RT - bonethug0108
Yeah that's what I thought would be best. Peat is at his best at LT and Kelemete is better on the left than the right (I assume he'll play LG). They likely didn't want to switch mid game with Ram not really practicing at RT and knowing the protection calls from that spot. Now that he's had a week...

re: Hypothetical: choose one current young NFL QB... - bonethug0108
Biggest turnover machine in the league.
Wentz's turnover numbers were right on par with Winston's, so if you knock one for it it goes equally for the other. On the flipside Winston is a better runner and threw a lot more TDs also. Overall, so far, Winston is the better QB of ...

re: Saints cornerback De'Vante Harris expecting to be targeted, confident he can make plays - bonethug0108
It feels like I have seen this story before
You mean in 2015 when Allen kept sending Browner out there week after week and did bull shite stuff like putting him man up on Ginn?...

re: Saints cornerback De'Vante Harris expecting to be targeted, confident he can make plays - bonethug0108
If it was based on speed Lattimore is the clear winner (4.36). PJ ran a 4.57 Harris ran a 4.56 Moore ran a 4.54 So those are basically a push, which then you go with talent. Harris is the least talented of those 4....

re: PFF top rookie LBs for week 1 - bonethug0108
Didn't mean to say I didn't like anyone else or they are all equal, just that Cam and Vaccaro are on another level from EVERYONE else. Those guys are insane. But yeah I like Klein in the run game, getting guys lined up, and he can play zone or cover slower backs/TEs. I did not like him manned up ...
