re: What if every one score 2016 NFL game went the other way - bonethug0108
Also the only surprise in the NFC imo is the Eagles. None of the other records seem out of place. Now the AFC, man there is some weird stuff there, more specifically the East and the West (North and South not that surprising)....
Another 7-9 season, but it wasn't as bad as last years.
And last year seemingly wasn't as bad as the year before. And both of the past 2 years key injuries really hurt our defense....

re: I hate our front office - bonethug0108
No he postured as if he did but then had his agent drag it out because he wanted to look good in the public eye. If you go back and look around the time we did give him a new contract it was directly said he wanted to bet on himself and play out the contract. There was a legit reason many were...

re: I hate our front office - bonethug0108
Making him play out that contract was a horrible cap decision for us in the long run.
That was Drew's decision and he said as much. He knew if he could wait until after Manning and Brady got their contracts he would cash in big. And based on what he said it looks like he is goin...
Anyone that is happy for Bama players to do well in the NFL is not a true LSU fan.
Anyone that would root against a Saints player because of the school he came from isn't a true Saints fan. Those fricks can go back to the rant....

re: list of top 25 free agents that "could" be signed by us this year - bonethug0108
But if we don't extend Brees and he becomes a FA $18 mil will accelerate onto 2018's cap. And if he hits the free market some team might offer him $30 mil for a year or two. So if we were to get in that neighborhood we are talking about $18 mil plus a likely $15 mil hit on top (so $33-35 mil) ...

And Fleener's first year hit was very low compared to the other years. That's how we do it with any high priced player. The money will stretch....

re: list of top 25 free agents that "could" be signed by us this year - bonethug0108
Pretty much everyone we have as a FA is either exclusive rights, restricted, or a guy that nobody is going to sign for much more than minimum if that aside from Fairley, and if he is resigned (I'm guessing $6-8 mil a year tops) his first year isn't going to be at that price. I'd be very surprised...

We have a lot more cap room than for just two good players....

Don't need a 35 year old OT. We have one. Same with OG. We need young guys to replace the old guys, not other old guys. Maybe you look at Leary and see what he's asking. We'd be a good add for 3-4 years at least. Obviously you get Bell if you can. On defense maybe Jones or Ingram with Bouye...

re: Vaccaro explains why he took Adderall - bonethug0108
Not while playing football. It'd do way more harm than any good it'd do. No for staying up late studying film? Sure I guess that could enhance his performance in a roundabout way. But on the field adrenaline is already doing whatever little adderall might do....

re: Wade Phillips - bonethug0108
Me either but Payton seems to be okay with Allen. I mean Williams did also do this to an extent with the younger players, but not on the level Spags or Allen does. Ryan was very good about getting the best players on the field (where he was allowed; blame Allen and Payton for the Byrd and Brow...

re: Wade Phillips - bonethug0108
Bingo TB. 3-4 and 4-3 is really meaningless these days. 1 gap and 2 gap are much bigger philosophical differences. A 3-4 has a slight advantage as you can ask the "hybrid" olb/de to do a little more in coverage and disguise better, but a 4-3 can also just drop the lineman back (though starting fr...

re: Vaccaro explains why he took Adderall - bonethug0108
Most people take it to either study or stay out all night partying. Pretty sure we know which he was doing. And yeah anyone who thinks you take this as a performance enhancer on game days is bonkers. It's banned because they don't want players out all hours of the night partying and getting in...

re: Sheldon Rankins A Nola write up - bonethug0108
I'm fine with the interior depth (if we resign Fairley). Fairley, Rankins, Davison, Onyemata, and even Jordan and Tapp (if we resign him) can kick inside. I'm more worried about outside depth, though that isn't bad either with Jordan, Tapp (if resigned), Kikaha, Edebali, Onyemata, amd Kruger. ...

re: Does anyone have any good news regarding the Saints right now? - bonethug0108
We'll have about $40 mil in space with options to create more, and only one FA (Fairley) that would be pricey. I don't think Loomis ever started with this much cap space under Payton, and with the way things get structured that may as well be $100 mil....

re: Kasim Edebali the Wrestler - bonethug0108
Umm the tryout just happened and all of the guys are off until training starts back up so.... But yeah I have no clue why Tapp didn't start over Kruger and why Kruger played much more than Ede. He was REALLY coming along against the run last year....

Kasim Edebali the Wrestler - bonethug0108
http://www.wwe.com/worldwide/article/kacy-catanzaro-satnam-singh-wwe-performance-center A few "high profile" athletes tried out for the WWE recently, including our very own Kasim Edebali. No word yet on whether he's going to rush into a career in the squared circle or if he will continue his r...

re: Packers v. Saints (Postseason Observations) - bonethug0108
Just wanted to point out they missed the playoffs in the 2008 season (playoffs occurring in 2009). May have been what you meant but I wasn't sure. Still as said they've had mostly a cakewalk to win that division and still struggled at times. The only division weaker year in and year out is ...
