@MasonGinsberg Dumars is a real possibility. I mentioned it over the summer. Tight with Loomis/Saints people

Other than the josh smith move, what had dumars done wrong? I know nothing about his career but his resume seems better than most GMs in the league

do you even pay attention to the NBA? Some of you "fans", smfh

Excuse me for being a more recent fan of the game, If it's beyond 3 years I probably don't know much about it, so I ask for information instead of making shite up.

What's really amazing is how many posters on a message board are more knowledgeable than pros who are paid to make decisions. I think it's phenomenal. I don't know why ownership just doesn't click on PT and pick someone.

What have Monty and Demps done besides luck into AD?
Enough already with this multi-year experience of Frick and Frack. Both need to be shown the door.
We have a .500 team that may miss the playoffs yet we have one of the best players in the league, 2 former NBA All stars plus a rookie of the year.
TIme to make a change.

Demps has done a great job with finding end of bench players that can contribute out of nowhere. The Jrue trade still looks good to me. The Ryno trade was fantastic.

Monty has proven to be one of the best coaches in the NBA when he has absolutely no talent, yet incapable of improving a team when his talent improves.

That is what is so great about the USA - people can agree to disagree.
Sorry but I Just do not see the same value in Demps or Monty.

I blame more on Monty.

I've seen Dell try to build a team in the mold that Monty wants to "succeed" in his defensive scheme. All of this while Dell has attempted to load up on talent to flip in later years.

We flip Thorton, Vasquez, Lopez, Ayon, etc. all to get pieces to fit into Monty's system because thats who he wants. More or less, it seems like we're trading players away and trading assets down the line to get the same player (Qpon) or same caliber player (Asik) as we once had because Monty makes no sense. Nor can he develop players worth a damn.
