How much of a fast forward (time jump)was this episode?

They said sixty days on the television VV was watching at the start of the episode.

Good episode.

Kitsch is still pretty painful to watch.

I like VV a lot actually. Him and CF are the only legit actors of the main 4.

I think CF has been great
VV has been good, a lot of his problems are the writing. His writing feels forced
Klitsh is pretty bad. But once again I feel like his character is shite and it is as much fault of the writing

Now, for Mcadams, she has been downright awful. And I feel like it is because she doesn't have the depth to play this role at all. She isn't believable in the least

Actually, McAdams is a solid actress. And it's nice to see her take on such a change of pace role in this series. She does burned out, horny, tobacco addicted cynic pretty well, imo.

No need for Ray to get all angsty. I'm sure they guy he killed because Frank told him the guy was his wife's rapist deserved to die for one reason or another.

I'm enjoying the season overall. But man, it sure does have a serious shortage of boobs this season. Fine time for HBO to go all modest on us.

I don't get that hate for her either. She hasn't been hit it out of the ballpark great, but she hasn't been that bad either.

Best episode of the season. Very solid. Anyone notice the opening credit song lyrics changing? We are getting a different verse.

Anybody else notice that the hooker parties appear to be taking place at the 'Hotel California' (Beverly Hills Hotel)? That's what that building sure looks like.

This should've been episode 1. Much better than all the shitty, try-hard, overwrought attempts at exposition and character building from the first 4 episodes. Flash back to the shoot out and the big stuff. This was much better

Best episode yet! Can't wait to see what happens next week.

The show just has a more interesting dynamic now.

First episode that truly felt like a True Detective episode. Now if I can only find a way to not have to watch scenes between VV and his wife.
