Jesus, what an awkward way to end the show.

It was one drunk bitch in the front and that was about it.

I thought he was going to get Leno to sing with him. That would have been a better ending.

Is this his last late night show? Not like it really matters since he got a promotion.

I don't think so. Think he starts Tonight Show on the 17th.

Anyone know if he's bringing The Roots and that other guy with him?

It's weird he starts during the Olympics. I thought they were all taking a break until the end of it in two weeks.

Tomorrow night is Jimmy's last show. He is bringing The Roots and Steve Higgins with him to the Tonight Show

Late Night finale is tomorrow.

Fallon/Meyers don't start their new shows until after the Olympics.

If any of you caught the end of Lettermans show the Flaming Lips were on playing "Lucy In the Sky with Diamonds" It was pretty epic. Letterman always seemed to get better musical guest.

There's still something about playing the Ed Sullivan Theater. At least that's my guess.

I do really like Craig Ferguson and would like to see him take over if Letterman steps down. I saw him do stand up at the Venetian in Vegas a couple years ago. I wonder who else CBS would consider?

I remember years back when Craig Ferguson's show was much calmer. He's always been goofy but his show's really jumped the shark the last couple of years. Not that I care.. He's hilarious. I just wonder how he would transition to the more conservative time slot.

Yeah, Leno made it a little sad when he said goodbye. Could've gone out on a better note than than that rendition Friends in Low Places. Curious about what Billy Crystal said though. He said that on Jay's first show, Jay promised him that he'd also be his last guest. If that was the case, why didn't Jay have him on "last show" 5 years ago?

Still didn't hold a candle to Johnny's last show.
