That's after today's announcement of the 2016 NFL AP All-Pro team.

If you're the GOAT, shouldn't you be considered the best player at your position more than two times over your entire career?

Jordan should have won more mvp's as well.

So what I gather is that Peyton is the GOAT at winning regular season AP awards, and Brady is the GOAT at winning Super Bowls?

Exactly Peyton is a better football player, Brady plays on a better football team.

I don't even see how Sean Lee is an all-pro with no game changing plays. David and Wright are far better with game changing plays

Personally, I think Peyton is the GOAT qb.

He's the best I've seen, but only dumbasses go the "hurr durr there's no debate" route.

I've also never seen a lot of the older QBs play, so I won't say GOAT.

That is a good point. I just thought, in his prime, that Peyton could dissect any defense and make any throw he wanted to.

Plus I am inclined to a little bias being that he is from Louisiana and got out of college without having ever gone in dry on my beloved Tigers, cause you know he would have!

I don't have a dog in this MSB fight, but these things done mean much to me. I mean, does anyone really believe Matt Ryan is better than Tom Brady lol.

Because individual awards about the players and postseason wins are about the team.

Pretty clear that Indy as an organization is a dumpster fire. They have the exact same issues post Manning as with him, yet can't make the playoffs.

There isn't a player from Jordans era that won as many or more MVPs. There are many that were named all-pro as many or more times than Brady.

He is a great player on a great team, but he has never been the best QB at any point in his NFL career. There have always been better players at that position.

No, but Matt Ryan deserves recognition for putting together an undeniably great, full season.
