Why the influx of "Peyton is the GOAT" threads around here lately.

Prepping for Brady's 5th Super Bowl win?

Probably. Is this board more retarded over GOAT hoops player or GOAT QB?

Ryan can have the MVP. No MVP has won the SB since 1999.

i'm a brady guy, albeit from a distance. i've got no problem with manning fans pouting their chests about first-team awards and such.

meanwhile, brady's just chugging along...

Sure, but Brady also missed 4 games. Big reason why he didn't get this. Oh well, I still think the Pats win another one. That should help Brady with the sting of this.

The qb debate us dumb. Everyone has their own reasons to who is the best.

Some say montana (i think montana was good but he had success because of the system he was in) Dan marino was a better qb, just on a shitty team. put marino on the 49ers and he does the same

Tom brady is a great qb (i think he has more success due to the system)
Peyton is a great qb who changed the game. Not the most athletic, but highest football iq by far.

Would manning have as many rings on the patriots? sure
would brady have the same amount of rings had he played with the colts? No

NFL

Just kidding.

Flag football at Manning Passing Academy. Peyton took over QB duties for one of the games. Near the GL. Dig route behind the linebackers. I saw the hole. Peyton saw the hole. I settled into the hole and Peyton hit me. The crowd went wild. I got scholarships thrown at me from every direction. USC, Stanford, LSU, Bama. Didn't even know my name. Just walked up with a pen and paper and said "Kid, I like what I see. I can tell you're a natural winner. I want you to be a part of our program."

Exactly Peyton is a better football player, Brady plays on a better football team.

Peyton only cares about himself. Brady is a team player.

See this is easy

Brady has more trophies that matter

Those trophies belong to the Patriots. They aren't at Brady's house.

Individual trophies > team trophies when comparing two individuals.

Do you play football to win individual awards?
