You give up a 75 Yd pass knowing its sudden death by td, you don't deserve a win. Hold them to a fg and you get a chance to answer

The way people talk about fitz, you'd think he is 39 instead of only 32

I agree 100%. As a Viking's fan, I HATE the Packers, but it's insane that because of a coin flip, Rodgers doesn't get to play in OT. Just imagine how this game might have gone with college OT rules. They'd probably still be playing. There's a good chance that the OT would have been ten times more exciting.

Perfect ending. So much fun. Yet so much bitching. Still smiling. Sorry you aren't.

A team should get a chance to respond

Is defense not part of football anymore?

No one is ever happy.

- Everyone hated how the Saints beat the Vikings in '09, so this current rule.

- Current rule makes the losing side wet themselves.

- NO ONE likes the college rule.

Perhaps we should get the computers to decide it.

If you made this statement after 2009, I'd be fine with it.

Not if you're Arizona. That's the criticism.

Just play possessions, after each team has a possession whoever is ahead wins. If their tied each side gets another possession. You still kick-off and punt, you still play football.

College football overtime rules are the best option IMO. Everyone gets the ball, and for the people who whine about it not being how the game is played, go see a shootout in hockey or free kicks in soccer. The stuff works. If the overtime rules don't agree with the teams that lose, they should have won in regulation.
