Dunham - 49
Istrouma - 6

Final.

Dunham didn't have as near as many mistakes as last week.

The Dru Nettles project has run its course in Denham Springs. Bring in some new blood to take them to the next level.

Eric Reid's little brother is a Tpos. Two flagrant cheap shots, should've been ejected on the second one. Lost a lot of respect for Saia and his little troll, Jason Brown for not yanking the kid.
If Palelei was healthy, EA beats Dutchtown by two TDs at least. Great, hard fought game thayt came down to a missed FG by EA. also a blown (IMO) non call of a Safety in the first half hurt EA.
St Amant will physically punish D-Town the final game.

I know that Northside's principal canned the coach because the team was an academic basket-case.
But where did the players go? Is there a new Carencro or something in town?

Pretty close game. Covenant Christian turned it over 2 times inside the CD 10.. Kicker for CD is damn good.

ehh it wasn't all that close. CD dominated from the beginning and the first touchdown was given to covenant on questionable penalty on CD. The second came with about2 minutes left and CD had the game won already. Either way, the district is rapped up, no one is near either of these teams.

Also, the kicker is extremely good, had a 55 yarder last week.

It's okay. Maybe one day EA will beat Dutchtown in football.

Just like the extremely questionable pass interference call that negated a CC interception? Not that it mattered. The better team won. The inability to pass the ball killed CC. They are extremely young. Their QB is in the 8th grade and they only have 3 seniors. The majority of their team is sophomores. Considering it's only their 2nd year of LHSAA football, I'd say they've done well. I was super impressed with how well coached CD was. Very disciplined. Someone told me that it was their coaches last season. His mustache is awesome.

Worth Noting.
St. Paul's has awesome uniforms

Anyone going to Holy Cross vs St Aug tonight? I'll be there. This should be a really competitive matchup

Also, buthurt EA fan, all EA had to do to win the game was not let the kicker chase down their DB on the blocked kick. Guy had a 10-15 yard head start on THE KICKER and could not get in the end zone.

I normally would be, but I have to support LSU.

should be a good game, HC was able to somewhat slow down Fournette last year by holding him to 162 yards rushing.

HC has a 2015 reciever in MIchael Chigbu who can really play, will end up at a BCS school for college, and they have a great tandem of running backs in Spriggens and Turner (Turner just recieved an Arkansas offer as a sophmore)

Game is going to come down to who doesn't turn the ball over, hopefully Holy Cross can make it 2 years in a row.

Trev Faulk is the coach there now and he has little staff help

The players are at Acadiana and carencro

The school population is way down and the consensus is Northside will be closed within 2-3 years. It is less than two miles from the new David Thibodeaux a Tech HS and there is no support for having two school so close together

Damn straight

Unfortunately, the Wolves suffered their first district loss since 2008, in ugly fashion, may I add. Covington beat St. Paul's for the first time in 10 years as well. 38-7.
