West Monroe beat them in the total scrimmage before the season. I think it was 7-7 in the timed portion.

Yep, I think WM is just going to be too much for Ouachita again this year.

WM is starting to look like WM, hard hitting defense, old school ball control offense.

Rummel wins on a FG in OT. Jesuit missed a chip shot on their first possession.

4 way tie for first in 5-5A between Catholic, Dutchtown, EA and STA.

Catholic and Dutchtown have the inside track for district, because EA still has Catholic and St. Amant and St. Amant has EA and Dutchtown.

Dutchtown gets McKinley and St. Amant and Catholic gets Woodlawn and EA.

Catholic beat Dutchtown head to head.

Willis Britton. Transferred because his little brother didn't like being the only black people at OCS.

STA could tailspin from that and finish 6-4. They will lose at least one more game. If they lose to EA they're done.

Byrd has a good defense. Harris is just ridiculous. He was a man among boys out there tonight. Cam Cameron is going to make this guy a high draft pick.

Ball control offense and keep him on the sidelines is only way to stop him.

Yep. Byrd was actually doing that for most of the game but they really melted down.

Byrd had something like 7 turnovers. They didn't want to keep the ball in the 4th Qtr.
