Except it's bullshite that doesn't need to be done because of John Harbaugh. Formation dictated eligibility until 2015. Now it's like getting a rental car. Don't put officials in charge of more shite. They suck and can't handle basics.

No, he didn’t. No player is going to report as eligible and then line up in a position inside of another linemen.
And yes, you do have to verbally report to the official now.

To assume a hallucinating referee would not hallucinate in the absence of one (unrelated) player is absurd
