Will this end the "Ben is an elite QB" talk?

I never thought of him as elite. I know he has won 2 SB, but I still think he's overrated.

Respect for 2 SB's BUT, SEA had to be the one of the worst teams in recent history to make it and 2 years ago they barely beat ARZ. Ben is def good, but he's not yet great

55/91; 60.4 Comp%
642 yards
3 TDs
5 Ints

That are his stats for the 3 Super Bowls.

Obviously he is 2-1.

Along with his decent stats outside of the Super Bowl I would say he is a good active QB. I wouldn't put him anywhere close to Brady, Manning, and Brees. He shouldn't be anywhere near the HOF.

Big Ben is an elite QB, FWIW.

Not historically, but in the NFL today he is.

Exactly how I feel. In one of those SB's he won, he had the lowest QB rating EVER by a winning Super Bowl QB.

All of this. He's a very good QB, but I think he gets praised too much because of the 2 SB wins. He almost has as many INTs as TDs in his postseason career. If he didn't have a great defense to cover for his mistakes, he would probably get critcized more for not being a big game performer.

I agree with this. He may not be HOF great but there aren't many QB's your taking ahead of him today

In 7 seasons he's won 2 Super Bowls and lost another. He's played in the Super Bowl 3 of the last 6 years. He's 28 years old. He currently is elite, and if Pittsburg continues to win at this rate, he's going to have to build a new trophy case.
