I'll never be a LeBronite, although I respect him highly, but as much as he was labeled a choker on this board, CP3 gets a pass around here because he "loves" NOLA so much.

Somehow I knew you'd be among the first to reply to this. Yes, cp3 is a top 10 guy, but when I see some dumbasses on this board say things like "If AD were on the Clipps, they'd be in the WCF", I chuckle.

back in '11, when the Heat had two top 10 players (and another top 20 guy) LeBron got labeled a choke artist on this board, fairly or not.

Although there has been a thread about it, my observation is that this board gives CP3 a pass because he played in NOLA and is slanted toward AD because of his NOLA ties.

I think Griffin is a top 7 guy in the league, the best and key player on his team(and they will be better off acknowledging this). I dont think the gap between AD and Blake is that great and both do things better than one another at this juncture.

but I do believe AD is probably a hair or so better than Griffin, but that race isn't over yet.

CP3 gets a pass around here and the primary reason is his stint in NOLA. He's 10 years in, 30, and has had players like Chandler,West and Griffin as bigs. He holds on to the ball so much that only wings like Reddick can play effectively next to him because they are running off screens guys. Another ballhander is neutralized.

When Paul and Doc realize the ball needs to be in Blake's hands first and foremost, the more likely the Clipps are to get over that hump.
