I'll never forget watching him in this game at Independence Stadium in Shreveport for the state championship. Absolute dominance. By far the best high school player I've ever seen play. RIP Joe.

What is Nola.com thinking posting a video of first responders trying to resuscitate him?

Yeah but it's a capitalist society that is holding inner cities back. That is an inhumane as it gets. Sickening.
Terrytown is not the inner city. It's across the river.

There will be a ton of dumbass comments relating this shooting to "animals" or thug culture or inner city crime or some shite like that even though Joe was killed by a white guy in a suburb.

Does anybody else find the witness account kind of fishy?

Does anyone believe he was apologizing and the other guy just took out a gun and shot him and then stood over his body and shot him some more?

I'm not saying it didn't happen that way... but how often do people get into a heated argument and then one guy just apologizes? I'd say that happens almost never.

Or did he maybe start apologizing once he saw the gun?

And what started this whole thing and how did it escalate to that level? Hopefully we'll have some answers.
