And Minnesota wasn't that great of a win. They are an 8-4 team.

That Baylor only has 3 wins over bowl eligible teams?
I agree.

it shouldn't but lets be real...if this was Alabama and the recent 3 BCS championship...do you think they would be 4th right now, undefeated and all...even with FSU's schedule?
Alabama wouldn't be Alabama without being in the SEC, so this argument makes no sense

Minnesota is unranked now?

Minnesota is only a chess piece for justification.

Minnesota is unranked. So TCU's ooc win over an unranked team is what trumps a head-to-head win between two top 10 teams.

"TCU's win is against Baylor who is number 6"
Posted on 12/2/14 at 6:26 pm to rocket31
Baylor is a case study for why strong OOC games are very beneficial even in this playoff landscape. That OOC schedule is a joke. It makes TAMUs look good in comparison

Baylor has wins over #3 and #20. Ohio St has a win over #8. Baylor lost to 7-5 WVU on the road, Ohio St lost to 6-6 Va Tech at home.
At this point all you can do it laugh.

I told you Long would confuse himself. I'm surprised this dude doesn't accidentally drown himself in the shower every morning.

Well he just misspoke, you knew what he meant considering what he was answering. This is the first time I've seen that guy not sound like an idiot

wat
People praise Bama for coming back against Auburn but ridicule FSU in their struggles...
If that's the case Oregon should be #1.....Alabama struggled with 6-6 Arkansas, Alabama probably should have lost to a 8-4 LSU team, Alabama struggled in the first half against Western Carolina, Alabama actually did lose a game to Ole Miss.

Also, FSU is getting fricked
You schedule Oklahoma State, Notre Dame, and Florida as ooc opponents, you deserve credit regardless if the games "were close" and those teams are down.
Fail to see how Bama is justified as the #1 team with one loss, while FSU is undefeated and #4.
eta: On second thought, FSU at #4 might be better off than at #3 because of the regional Sugar Bowl game.
