re: New COD title leaked. Ready? It's........Infinite......................WARFARE!! - Ross
This series has been trash since Black Ops 1. And really, MW2 and Black Ops 1 were flawed games in their own right, but at least they were fun. Since then, the games just haven't been fun....

re: Academically speaking, what is your University known for? - Ross
While AU is still ahead of UA in engineering, neither school is great. They are both just above average engineering at best.
They aren't premiere, but Auburn is a little better than whatever "above average" is, in my opinion. ...

re: Academically speaking, what is your University known for? - Ross
This. We have a damn good engineering dept. I'd put it up against Auburn's any day of the week.
I can name a few members of the faculty that I'd be shocked if Alabama had anyone that held the same level of prestige. In Mechanical Engineering there is Nels Madsen, who helped devel...

re: U.S. Marines brace for mandatory sensitivity training - Ross
Oh I agree. But I'm used to that crowd wanting to play the role of thought police. It's ironic. They became so "tolerant" to the point of being incredibly intolerant....

re: U.S. Marines brace for mandatory sensitivity training - Ross
At least I can comprehend what that term even means. Honestly, I feel like there should be a giant SJW dictionary on all the new terms and phrases I've been introduced to over the past two years. Luckily, I can use them to identify somebody I don't plan on having at length discussions with....

re: Are you scared of terrorists? - Ross
I want to travel the world, and plan on doing it. I would be lying if I said travelling in Europe didn't make me to some degree uncomfortable at the moment. I'll force that fear out of my head because that's no way to live life, but I can't just lie and say that I feel like something's brewing ov...

re: U.S. Marines brace for mandatory sensitivity training - Ross
That video perfectly outlines the stupidity of this push of so many to turn the freaking military into a platform to push social engineering. The end game of this nonsense is that more people die than had to if common sense applied instead of a sense of fairness and equality in all walks of life....

re: U.S. Marines brace for mandatory sensitivity training - Ross
I hate to appear dramatic, and maybe I'm wrong, but it appears to me that a thin skinned minority is crippling this nation at the same time our enemies are growing bolder and more willing to attack the western world....

re: Fermat's Last Theorem - Ross
Which begs the question of how did fermat prove it? It was supposed to be easy.
I doubt that he did. He probably had a nifty proof that looked good, but the field of topology and a few others weren't around during his time and that was what was used to prove it. So, his proof was p...

re: Fermat's Last Theorem - Ross
I figured it might never be solved. It was the holy grail of math. Saw a program not long ago, on Curiosity Stream, about it and was fascinated to learn someone may have actually solved it ... although why they took so much time confirming he had solved it is a head scratcher. re: Fermat's Last Theorem - Ross
I can guarantee you that nobody on this board, even those that are well versed in mathematics, understand at this very moment every mathematical technique used in the proof of Fermat's Last Theorem. I never took a topology course so the entire idea of Ricci flow, while it doesn't sound horrible, ...

re: Jay Bilas: Simmons a cautionary tale - Ross
Cal has one title to his name with a plethora of NBA talent year in and year out. That's pretty sad.
Not really... college basketball is pretty darn difficult to win the national championship. Kentucky is pretty much top tier every year under Cal. Very few other programs can...
