Lsu fans leave in blow outs in both outcomes, and even in close games.

Saw people leaving with 5 minutes left in the bama game

Alcohol

I usually bring enough in to last but if I run out and my buzz starts wearing off I'm looking for booze. I usually just walk to a bar and finish watching.

I don't need anything.

For people, in general, though...raise ticket prices and charge students to get in.

Something impossible at this point, make the game affordable enough for more real football fans to attend.

It's increasingly a social event with more and more folks each year there with little or no real interest in the game.

Confiscate the season tickets of early leavers and make them available to real fans.

I'm sorry, but that's the most over-used excuse in the world when it comes to the apathy level of the fans these days. ANYBODY who wants to go to a game can do so relatively easy. Outside of Bama every other year, and the occasional Florida or Georgia game, tickets are plentiful and usually cheap outside the stadium before the game. All it takes is a little patience and 30 or so minutes of work before game time, and you can sit almost anywhere you want.

Lock the gates is the only viable option here. If people want to leave they will leave.

Nothing. Not enough people realize that Tiger Stadium is only used for LSU football games on average 7 times a year.

Develop a mega parking lot with a 20 express lane freeway in and out of the lot directly to I-10

Serving alcohol is not going to keep people from leaving. People are not going to pay $8.75 for a beer when they can go to their tailgate and drink for free and watch the game on tv.

I never will understand why someone would take the time and effort to attend a game and leave early

This is the reason 90% of people leave early. The students will leave early regardless.

GOOD Point wesman21!
You think that would make it special enough, that everyone would stay and enjoy every minute of those 7 games.
