Who would pass up the chance to sweat their arse off in TS watching LSU run the clock out against a shitty team for the "comforts" of their tailgate. You're just like not a real fan man. Real LSU fans stay no matter what!

TS needs a nursery-room. My kids are always ready to go by halftime.

Stop piping in shitty music and get fans that don't suck as much to be around.

Lots of comments here bout poor quality OCG games being the main issue, in that they are boring. But last yr's Ms.State conference came was close & entertaining & not decided till Loston ran his interception back for a TD with only 4-5-6 minutes left. And by that time there were mabe 40K in the stands. Even the tv announcers said how embarrassing it was for LSU. My opinion, after having had season tickets since 1961 is that it the type of fan now attending LSU games. As much as we mock The Grove for being a glorified cocktail party, that is what TS is to way too many Tiger "fans". Whether it's the ticket prices or just society today, LSU's core fan base has changed & noticiably so. When tailgating is perceived to be more fun than a game in TS, which I've heard often, there is most definitely a problem.

Today Lsu fans are a bunch of wimps. When I had season tickets we stayed to the bitter end, win or loose. Today most are spoiled brats!!! :rimshot: FLAME AWAY! But yee shall know the truth.

not much honestly, not much you can do to keep anyone no matter who they are or where they are sitting to keep asses in the seats longer

top 25/SEC games people will stay

with the shite opponents people will leave at halftime (especially with alcohol/food and top 25 games on the TV back at the tailgate and or house), just the way it is and always will be

Serious answer-LSU has priced the hardcore coonass/redneck fans out of going to games. Its a wine and cheese crowd now. Not boudin and whiskey. These are the fans who gave Death Valley its rep and would stay the whole game and tailgate all night.

There are still some, but not as many as there used to be.

Obnoxious to the other team too, like i said, thats what gave Death Valley its rep. You cant have the rep of being the toughest place to play without them. Havent you heard the stories of bear Bryant having to wear a helmet and stuff like that? It wasnt the wine and cheese corporate crowd throwing whiskey bottles at him.

I would rather have an enjoyable experience and the other team not be super scared. I would prefer for some jagoff in a sleeveless T not show up with pockets full of Busch beer just so he can scream how much he thinks Les is an idiot, when no one gives a shite what he thinks.

Good for you. Along with that you also get a half empty stadium by the 3rd quarter. Personally i'd rather LSU do what LSU does best-throw a rowdy party on saturday nights.
