I do as well but most of the reports from camp had him and Clapp switched

Really like that they put Pocic at C. Get your smartest most versatile guy there to make all the calls. T - C - T for us will be fantastic. If Boutte/Clapp/Teheuma step up this could be one of our best recently.

If they stay healthy this will be our best OL in over a decade IMO.

Does the bold typed names signify starters?

No

That's probably the case. It's kind of stupid, but probably the case

No its not it just means they atleast started a game last year it has nothing really to do with starters this year

Gordon actually has great hands FWIW. Great athlete. I bet he'll make a solid OT in the NFL.

I'm surprised Clapp might potentially start at LG. I was under the impression that Teuhema had overtaken him in camp. Perhaps they will evaluate each player's play against McNeese to determine who will get the start against Mississippi State.

he overtook Boutte spot, not clapp

Yep and I think they'll rotate a lot at guard to keep them fresh and for different offensive packages. We have heard Boutte is a road grader in the running game, but I wonder in Teuhema is a bit better at pass pro?

What are you talking about?

Teheuma is listed as the alternative for LG. Boutte plays RG.

As it should be. The Trey Quinn fan club won't like it though

The Trey Quinn fan club supports ALL those who suit up in the P+G. He has been out the past two weeks, hard to climb the depth chart that way, and it is not yet determined when he will be available. Perhaps YOU would have been upset had the depth chart come out two weeks ago, LOL. Either way, Geaux Tigers!

If i was Ed Paris. id try and move to Safety and start working out there. i think him being a big body would fair better there than corner especially with the talent and speed they have there

Well the scrimmage and practice reports were that Teuhema was taking Boutte's spot for a lot of PT.

I think they rotate guard spots and this depth chart is pretty meaningless in a lot of areas.

I can almost hear Les: "Ok put Brandon on top but put Anthony in bold, and don't forget the 'or' with stars on the side. That'll make them stir."

DeSean Smith was listed as the 3rd TE going into the Music City Bowl and caught 4 passes. our TE usage can be pretty situational.
