I wouldn't put a penny on him getting a legit shot to make a roster as a QB. He is a better athlete than future NFL QB. It would take a miracle to turn him around in such a short time.
Same thing was said about another big strong hardrunning SEC QB with an unorthrodox delivery?

Will get a look elsewhere, not as QB. Never going to happen.
I disagree. As bad as he is in games, apparently he is really good in practice. I would think he would make a decent practice squad QB.

Are you comparing those two again???

Maybe. Will see. It will take a helluva lot of work just to make a practice squad QB out of him. I doubt his value will be that high as a QB. I think he has skills that may can translate elsewhere though. The difference between the NFL and college is pretty damn big.

We know he can tackle well.

Hey congrats JJ. I haven't read the posts but I'm sure there are 30 supposed LSU "fans" that are calling you shite.

If McElroy can get drafted , any qb can.

You are embarrassing Jordan and the rest of your family with the Tebow comparisons Mr. Jefferson. Just stop. He was horrid in the SECCG and the BCSCG

I hope JJ can make it somewhere, but that is ridiculous. McElroy was a fairly decent, consistent college QB with a very high IQ. Plus he plays on a team with coaches who think that Sanchez is a good QB.

If by some chance he makes an NFL roster as a QB he will deserve a lot of credit. It's going to take a helluva lot of work. Kudos to him if he can pull it off.

Do I really need to bump one of several threads where you compared your son to one of the greatest college QB's to play the game?
What's funny was the guy posting on here the other day that was incredulous that someone would have made that comparison. He was convinced you were joshing us. He didn't realize how serious you are.

This might be the lowest depth you sunk to (it was hard to pick out of the bottom ten you've posted, so I picked one you started):
boxcar sez JJ=Tebow
BTW, if he can catch on as a TE, more power to him. It often appeared he was better suited to another position, as it did for Marcus Randall.

There's 32 NFL teams and if Craig Nall could keep a job for 5 yrs in the NFL and Erik Ainge got drafted in the 5th round, JJ's chances aren't that bad. I think JL would make a good practice QB too.

When was his first "Tebowesque" performance?
see the first bama game for an example
Lord, delusion is bad with this one.
