Wait, you think BCs title aren't subjective? You get VOTED into them. Ask auburn in 2004, OSU in 2011, michigan in 08, Uga 2007 how much control they had. You're dumb.

you have to actually PLAY WELL ALL SEASON for the right to even get a vote.

THEN...you have to actually WIN THE GAME.

I figured you pumpers would have figured this out after 1/9. Miles should go back to managing a truck stop, and yall should go with him.

So what coach or program compares to bama? Because the program Miles has here is a top 5 program. Even the most prestigious programs go through rough seasons. Even bama. In 2010 that bama team was more talented than any team he has ever had at bama. They lost 3 games. If Miles is her for 15 years and the most losses he ever has is 5 that is great. It's far harder to maintain a powerhouse than build one. Look at what happens with Cum at Florida.

The last two years bama has lost in nov. Why did they get in over teams with better resume's. Because it subjective. There is a reason FBS national titles aren't recognized by NCAA and conf titles are.

There is some subjective nature to it.

The difference is Bama doesnt have MULTIPLE frickING LOSSES due to BONEHEAD coaching EVERY frickING YEAR.

good god man. We arent arguing about the BCS. We're commenting that your little idol (a man who is barely fit to manage a truck stop), doesnt earn the money he makes, is either too stupid or hard headed to adjust, and cant win at the necessary rate to justify a top 5 salary.

deal with it.

Their last two losses most certainly were because of coaching mistakes. In 2011 kicking 4 fgs that would've been career long fgs for his kicker.
In 2012 you have the best oline In cfb history inside the 5 and you throw the ball 4 times.

You are just an ignorant frick. Yes we whipped up on auburn but fact is we took our foot off the gas in typical Miles fashion. The other fact is they have actually progressed as the season went on and we have regressed. Auburn would kick our arse if we played this week

Why oh why do you keep bring up shite that happened 7 years ago? So Miles Beat Miami in 05. Good feat but what does that hold in 2013?

And yes, Saban isn't perfect, he has lost at least one game whenever. However he adjust and fixes problems. I'd be wiling to bet you they won't loose to Utah again. Want to bet your walmart pay check that if we played Bama again tomorrow Miles wouldnt change a thing? I bet he thought we played pretty good? I don't know what would have happened in the 11 game but the fact is we did the Les Miles special. For 3 games, our offense sucked and relied on special teams for a spark. For 3 weeks, miles did nothing. NOTHING.

Maybe your OK being a mediocre team. I not and that's what we have become and will continue to be under his tenure. He has lost his fire. We need someone that is hungry. If we don't secure our borders and recruiting, it's going to get even worse

Yeah we all know who your mother is.

Oh yeah stat boy with the whore mother, your awesome coach and all his winning feats in 1-3 in bowls since 2009. You seem to forget that face. Also, I found this gem on another board

quote:

Sorry that your idol's teams are looking mediocre, but Les has shown only once since 2007 to bring a complete team that is championship caliber and his flaws resulted in a wasting of that season's success. In the end, I think Les is a middle of the pack coach and his recruiting benefits from LSU's name have declined since 2007 overall with the 2009 class withstanding.

About 80 percent of our losses were due to coaching mistakes. That's our issue

We will beat Arkansas.

I'm not 100% confident of this.

Neither am I. Hell,, they damn near won last year. LSU loses to A&M, the players will probably not care too much about the Arkansas game.

How delusional can a person be? This WAS a top 5 program. It is currently NOT a top 5 program. Not under CLM. He self-destructs too frequently, and takes the team down with him.

We don't lock Louisiana down on the recruiting trail like we used to. Before last night's game, Les said he looks forward to the competition of big games. I just wish he would get up for all of them and get the players to compete in every game - including Furman.

I know some get tired of the Miles - Saban comparisons but Nicky sets the standard. If we aren't striving for that, then we need to set ourselves on the Hugh Freeze & Malzahn standard to compete for a spot in the chicken bowl.

so by your assumption, barry switzer is better than tom landry and jimmy johnson in the nfl because switzer has a higher winning % than landry and Johnson.

who is the "we all" you reference......99.5% of all lsu fans go into the season hoping to win the SEC. Last three years and early this year, every negative fan in Austin had mac brown gone....he is still there, and undefeated in conference play.

Saban is going to Texas, either to the Longhorns or the Cowboys. Relax. LSU will compete with Auburn and Ole Miss next year for the SEC title
