It’s the recruiting stupid, Losing 5* Louisiana talent is unacceptable. And there you have it. If the disappearing of 5* talent keeps slipping away to Alabama, then Les will be gone.

The problem with people like RICKYDADDY are that they are what I call COUCH SUPPORTERS. They live in another state, never make home games, and pretty much contribute only to LSU through merchandise sales. I would say that this is the standard for about 80% of the sunshine pumpers. Their is no way in hell you can sit in Tiger Stadium and watch this team perform and not realize that the way Miles coaches has become a complete joke. His in game decision making has never improved and the horse shoe he has up his A@@ the first few years in gone. I was always taught you succeed through preparation and going the extra mile. This team always shows poor clock management, poor execution and the past few years has not finished the games with a sense of urgency or killer instinct. All I have heard the past 3 years is how if we had a decent offense we would never lose. This year, you had the offense everyone wanted and you end up with 3 or more loses. Sure the defense is not good, but our defense doesn't affect our offense. WHY 3 loses? What is the constant on this teams the past 3 years? You lose a game to a second rate team in Ole Miss and the next week you come out against Furman and don't even show up in the first half. If Furman doesn't shoot itself in the foot, you are down going into half time at home. Until Miles changes his coaching Philosophy and Preparation, 2 or more losses a year will be the standard.

Next year will not be any better. Your defense may improve some, but the offense will have a Sophomore Quarterback that has not played one meaningful snap the whole year because your hard headed coach likes to keep his starters in blow out games, amazing how that has never changed.

But, you go ahead with your all time stats. All I remember is 1-3 in bowl games the past few years. Miles has been here for 9 years now and won 2 SEC titles. LSU won 2 SEC titles in the 80's with lesser coaches getting paid a lot less money.

Joe needs to go with Miles. You don't want that Jackass hiring Miles replacement.

He is a huge Les Miles fan. To him, the program is secondary.

he woulda been gone after 2010 had he not gotten lucky against North carolina, Tennessee and Uf. he easily could have had 5 losses that year. making it 3 straight zook like years.

INstead he had 2 losses, beat bama, and won the Cotton bowl.
Then turned around and won 13 the next year.

But hey fire les miles

If LSU wins 10 games next year, Miles is coach of the year. But it isn't going to happen.

'Rickdaddy4188' is by far the biggest Miles supporter on the Rant. He is awful...bordering on delusional and incapable of any rational thinking.

'siliconvalleytiger' and 'labirdman' are what I call perennial posi-tigers. They always support the program and make reasonable arguments in favor of the team as a whole. But Rickdaddy sucks.

Do you all realize if LSU wins out 9-3 regular season and a bowl win would give them a 10-3 mark. With that being said before Nick and Les's came here Baton Rouge and the LSU fans would have been dancing in the streets having ticker tape parades. This board is full of some squirrels LMAO

You guys wont fire Miles, even if he loses the last three by double digits.

I know ya'll are upset, but you need to remember that there is exactly one program in college football who wouldn't trade their success for yours since Miles arrived in Baton Rouge.

Agreed, LSU would be the laughing stock of college football to fire a coach with the winning % that Les's has. End of subject.

Wow, somebody with a little football knowledge, and of course you are not an LSU fan. Well said anyway.

I think you have to make Strong, Shaw, and Fisher say no. They most likely will, but you have to try.

Coach Miles will be the HC at LSU for as long as he has "a want" to do so.

He'll win enough to keep his job.

It doesn't matter. Miles is the master of squandering/under-utilizing the talent he has. You should have noticed that by now.
