yeah i never noticed Ridley's skin in any of the practice clips or high school film. How many black players were in his MPSAA league in high school?

This is pretty hilarious. I know that many of us ranters have our favorites, but we should support all LSU players. I have been telling ranters and Maximus that what Keiland did last year, was last year. He needs to produce during the scrimmages so he can work his way up the depth chart. I know that KW will get his touches though. Either way,

Ridley's senior year at Trinity there was one other, a freshman. Most MPSA schools in our district, that year, had one. By the way that freshman is now a junior and will be a major college recruit.

wow, one black kid each?!!! Forgive me. That is exactly like the makeup of most SEC teams. Lets start Ridley.

You got to like Maximus. He loves LSU and #5 is his favorite. So what?? I hope KW is great. Let LSU win.

i can't even guess on the 2nd VT TD for scott and hester...coulda been a loss on both. murph gets 5 yards or so

hester coulda gotten 5 on the AU screen. Scott prolly the same. murph woulda been tackled by the last DB

everyone not named keiland gets tackled by the "hurdled" defender

In Scott's 55 yard run against UK, anyone else would have just pooped their pants and then kneeled the ball to avoid further embarrassment......it is ridiculous to project what other RBs would have done on an individual run. Anyone with any sense loves KW's running abilities, but he is not head and shoulders over the other backs. IMO Scott is the better of the 2, but I understand completely if anyone else thinks otherwise.

Oh, I agree. I give Maximus props for being loyal to KW. However, I just don't want him to forget about the team concept. One thing is for sure, if KW pulls a Brett Favre act, then Maximus is going where he goes. That is pure loyalty right there.

Maximus, be sweeter. Ridley may do better than you think (may be better than I think) and then what are you going to do? Pull for Bama?? Tulane??

i hope ridley is great. but to say keiland is 4th best now because you watched Ridley run over 150lb white kids is a bit much.

What about the SEC player/race issue Maximus and Ridley's high school?? Too much nastiness and a sure way to be disappointed in life. Maximus must be under 30 and not married.

I hope ridley produces when called as well, but to say he's better than KW is nuts.

He out performed KW in the spring game and in all scrimmages except for maybe one. 150 lb white boys?? Ask the DBs in last Tuesday scrimmage.

I agree. That is someone who's favorite player is probably Ridley or they may be trying to get a rise out of Maximus. Ridley has some work to do, but he will produce when called upon.

Guys, guys, KW is good and maybe our #1, but you all don't know (nor do I) the whole story and what the coaches plan to do.

Hitman, I don't see a problem with our backfield. I think other opponents wished they had that problem. I'm sure whichever RB they chose will sure ease the QB situation a little bit.

Topgun you are 100% correct. We have a ton of good backs. Most think we only have 3TBs and #34 will surprise people. That has and will be my view. Maximus knows nothing, zero, zippo about what is happening on the team. I know very, very little but Maximus is blind and deaf to.... #1 LSU will not have a #1 TB, #2 KW has not been the stud in spring, summer and fall camps, #3 there are other backs that Miles has mentioned more in press releases, and #4 No one knows what Miles and Crowton will do. We have a long season and gooooo LSU. And #34.

I have no problem with Ridley, I am assuming he is legit if his name is being tossed in there with the other backs. Don't come on here selling MPSA as being some sort of legit competition though. One of those teams was in my home town (Bowling Green). Very very rarely does anyone come out of there and do anything, when it comes to football on an SEC level.
